01Information you give us

When you join early access, we collect:

• your first and last name and email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it; and
• your answers to our short early access questions, such as which metals interest you and your expected budget and timeframe.

02Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we collect limited technical information, including how you found us (for example, a link from Facebook or a friend), your browser and device type, and a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address that we use to prevent spam and abuse.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that signups come from real people. We do not currently use advertising or tracking pixels. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

03How we use your information

• to contact you about SPI Bullion's launch and early access;
• to understand which products and services people want;
• to learn which channels bring visitors to our site; and
• to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

If you share your phone number, we will only use it to contact you about early access. We will not send marketing text messages without asking for your separate consent.

04What we don't collect

We do not request or store payment card or bank information on this website.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our website host, database provider and spam-protection service, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

06How long we keep it

We keep early access information while we are preparing to launch and for as long as it is useful for contacting you about SPI Bullion. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

07Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

08Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing spibullionllc@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required by law.

09Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as SPI Bullion grows. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will let early access members know by email.
